      I had a dead 28 year old heat pump system. Got 4 bids and Michael Mathis beat all the others on price and even more with his sound advice. Went with a AMStd Heat pump. He brought out Jason and Taylor to pull the old system, add 3 returns and turnkey the new system in one day. All were knowledgable, professional and left the property clean. I will not be ashamed to show off their work to anyone. I now have an efficient system and a thermostat that I can monitor from my phone. Will recommend Canyon Lake Air to anyone.

      After checking around for a reputable company to maintain our AC needs, we went with Air Care. They have not disappointed us. They are trustworthy and stand by their products and service. We started with Preston and now Trevor services our unit. Our unit died the end of May and Trevor explained our options clearly. We went with a new variable speed unit and so glad we did. Trevor told us that due to the solar panels, the new variable speed unit and the PEC $300 credit on our electric bill, we probably won't have to pay an electric bill till the end of the year. He was right. The new unit was installed 6/1/2018. As of 12/3/2018, we still have a $43 credit on our electric bill. We probably won't have to make another payment until Feb 2019. Incredible for Texas. What we like about Air Care is that even though they had to outsource installation to a 3rd party crew (due to high volume of business), they come back and do a thorough inspection with their own people and ensure system was properly installed. They pay attention to details and care about service to their customers. They understand customer service. Ask for Trevor - he's knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I had experienced some disappointing results from other companies and was glad to meet Max way back when. Once when Air Care installed an AC unit in my other house, Max came to inspect the work and made the guys take the whole thing out and redo the job cause he didn't like their work. I will never forget that. How awesome is that? I really like Tyler by the way and the girls who answer the phone are so nice.

From Guy, to Preston, to Jave to Isaiah and Malissa and Karen, all of these employees were top notch, well trained and customer service specialists. At the end of about a 10 hour work day in the heat, they got my two systems running and thermostats programmed and left my property as clean as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company and can state from my experience; I am a satisfied customer.

While Preston was completely booked for that day we did talk on the phone and he gave me a couple of things to try. While they were not successful, I appreciate him taking the time to call me. Randy came by Monday May 7 and diagnosed the problem. However, he had to order the parts. He insisted that Kris could pick up the parts and install them later in the SAME day. When I chose a complete system replacement, Ken arranged for installation Tuesday morning. Preston and Chris showed up on time, did a very neat and professional installation, taught me everything I needed to know, and left in late afternoon with the newly installed system rapidly cooling the house down.       Gentlemen: Just wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that after approximately one year since our new Trane Air conditioner was installed we are extremely satisfied with the performance and the savings realized during this past summer. Even though this was a hotter summer than 2010, during the months of May thru September we used 487 kilowatt hours less this year than the same period last year. We also lowered our temperature 1 degree during the evening hours from 10 pm to 6 am in the morning. Thanks to all the staff at Air Care.

      I wanted to write and let you know how pleased I was with Randy Newman and Kris, as well as the men who came to install the new air conditioning system I had to get at my house in Satler. It was something that I was hoping I would not have to do as I am getting ready to retire from active ministry in the Archdiocese of San Antonio, and did not need this. However, your crew came and made an assessment and were friendly and professional. When they came back it was the same, they started in the morning and were all done by two o’clock. They knew what they were doing and they all had a friendly attitude toward their work and seemed to work well with each other. I was surprised when they left me the “Life Teen” CD and asked how they knew I was a catholic priest since I did not mention it. They said they gave these to everyone. I have not been able to start that program in our parish even though I believe it would be good, but, there doesn’t seem to be enough interest from the people to be able to present it. We are heavily involved with Youth ACTS and other things so we are serving the youth well. Again, they were a good group of men whom I enjoyed meeting, and who did a very good job.

I attended a Silver Stars BBALL game, filled out a contestant entry form, and was notified that I was the winner of a NEW Trane A/C unit for my home. When the technician (Ken) came to my house I was sure that he would say that I would need new duct work, however, Ken stated the duct work was in very good condition for my 17 year old home. What a relief, I’m glad there are still honest folks/companies out there such as Air Care.       Trevor Came to our house yesterday and we were very pleased. He checked out our old unit and said that he could get it up and running for us. We were shocked because we were told that we needed a new unit and he fixed the air, but the heater needed another part. They sent me Trevor...he not only had to clean up a wiring mess from previous Tech but fired up my System with Minimal repair..
